Accommodating to us due to our beloved passing we was there four days for our family funeral and the young lady at the front with the long blue nails was the vest she helped me and my boyfriend our entire stay and was very nice to us

Friendly Staff, clean room. Parking was well lit. I got a room close to the end of the building to make it easy to get to my room. The area nearby has lots of shopping and restaurants. It seemed safe.

No Netflix. In fact, no streaming service at all. Heating/cooling unit is loud. Noise of outside traffic is also deafening. No extra blankets/bedding or additional pillows. No refrigerator.

Filthy room filthy toilet unclean sheets bathroom toilet dirty floors dirty with dirt and grime dried up white paint sink to wash face gross unclean …staff noisy and constantly disturbing r with noise banging noises sounds like a construction site…unbelievable rude front desk woman on day shift Saturday- their Visa card system not working to keep running my bank card til they caused my bank card to go on hold for fraud prevention. They are not customer service friendly - whoever bosses or owners are - should not be running a motel!!! Especially in CT! Please refund my money ASAP. They claim my card was not working when it’s their processing system faulty operating system. Shameful poor customer service and poorly run establishment.
